Baltimore Ravens mascot returns to football field after halftime injury

BALTIMORE — Poe, the Baltimore Ravens’ beloved mascot, returned to the soccer discipline Sunday night time after struggling an damage earlier within the season.

Poe was booked for the rest of the season after he was kicked off the sphere with a knee damage in an exhibition match.

Mascot was injured throughout halftime enjoyable throughout Saturday’s preseason recreation between the Ravens and Washington Commanders.

A staff participant pulled it down from behind whereas Poe was carrying the ball.

In his absence, mascots Edgar and Allan stepped in to fill the void.

The mascot’s names consult with the staff’s namesake, the legendary Baltimore author Edgar Allan Poe, whose poem “The Raven” is known as after him.

After Poe gave up his wheelchair and solid, he celebrated together with his siblings on the sidelines.
